Refund Policy:

● The design fee (10%) is non-refundable under all circumstances.

● Orders cannot be refunded once raw materials have been purchased or once production/manufacturing has started.

● Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases for valid reasons, such as cases of death.

Cancellation:

● Orders may be canceled within 24 hours.

● Cancellation is not allowed once raw materials have been purchased or production/manufacturing has begun.

● The customer is not entitled to withdraw or request a refund after this stage.

سياسة الاسترجاع:

● الرسوم الهندسية (10%) غير قابلة للاسترجاع في جميع الأحوال.

● لا يمكن استرجاع الطلب بعد شراء المواد الأولية أو بعد بدء مرحلة الإنتاج أو التصنيع.

● يمكن النظر في طلبات الاسترجاع فقط في الحالات الاستثنائية ولأسباب وجيهة، مثل حالات الوفاة.

الإلغاء:

● يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال 24 ساعة.

● لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد شراء المواد الأولية أو بعد بدء عمليات الإنتاج أو التصنيع.

● لا يحق للعميل التراجع أو طلب استرجاع بعد هذه المرحلة.
