Shipment Policy

● Goods will be delivered within 3–5 days after full payment has been received by the accounting department, either in person or via electronic payment. No goods will be delivered prior to full payment.

● Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond the company’s control, whether local, regional, or global, including economic, health, logistical, or political factors.

● In such cases, delivery may be delayed by up to an additional three weeks beyond the period stated in the invoice.

سياسة الشحن

● يتم تسليم البضاعة بعد 3-5 أيام من سداد المبلغ بالكامل لدى قسم المحاسبة حضوريا او عبر السداد الإلكتروني. لا يتم تسليم أي بضاعة قبل الدفع الكامل.
● قد تتأخر مدة التسليم بسبب الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة المحلية أو الإقليمية أو العالمية سواء كانت اقتصادية أو صحية أو لوجستية أو سياسية خارجة عن إرادة الشركة.
● قد تتأخر مدة تصل إلى ثلاثة أسابيع إضافة إلى الفترة المنصوص عليها في الفاتورة.
